Angela Wilhems - Measure 118

She’s also chair of the NO on Measure 118 campaign, which includes a large, bipartisan and diverse coalition of businesses, labor organizations, good-government groups, public officials and other leaders opposed to the measure. Angela Wilhelms joined OBI as president and CEO in September 2021. Before joining OBI, Angela served as secretary to the University of Oregon’s board of trustees, where she played a critical role in establishing the university’s governing practices and operations. Prior to joining the university, Angela had a successful career in public policy.
