OFF has one overriding principle, the belief that citizens of Oregon and the United States have the right to own and carry the firearm of their choice for any reason other than to commit a crime.
To that end we have worked to ensure that the rights of gun owners are not compromised by elected officials, anti-gun activists or those who masquerade as gun-rights supporters while they work behind the scenes to erode your liberties.
We oppose any attempt to chip away at your God given, Constitutionally guaranteed right to defend yourself and your family.
It is our sincere belief that ANY compromise on these rights will only lead to more attacks on liberty in the future. We believe in personal accountability and responsible gun ownership and we believe those goals are achieved by individuals, not by bureaucratic mandates.
Furthermore we believe that change is effected by grassroots activists and the pressure they can put on elected officials, not by back room deals cut by lobbyists who have no real interest in the issue, only their next paycheck.
As a result of our positions we have angered many politicians who would like people to believe that they support gun rights even when they vote against them, but we are far more concerned with votes than popularity.

VAGUS NERVE STIMULATION MAY RELIEVE TREATMENT-RESISTANT DEPRESSION, STUDY FINDS
The US Food and Drug Administration had just approved VNS in 2005 for the long-term adjunctive treatment of chronic or recurrent depression in adults who had had inadequate responses to at least four antidepressant treatments. The vagus nerve “has over 100,000 individual nerves in a bundle,” said neuroscientist Dr. Bashar Badran, associate professor of psychiatry and director of the Neuro-X Lab at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. “This bundle projects from your brain to every organ in your body, like your heart, your lungs, your spleen, your kidneys, your intestines. Patrick is an expert in brain health. He's an award-winning author/speaker and the founder of BrainTap®, the leader in technology-enhanced meditation. DOJ RELEASES FORMER SPECIAL COUNSEL JACK SMITH'S REPORT ON INVESTIGATION INTO TRUMP ELECTION INTERFERENCE CASE
In the report, Smith said his office fully stands behind the decision to charge Trump criminally. The Justice Department made public Volume One of former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s final report on his now-closed investigations into President-elect Donald Trump, days before he is set to be sworn into office. Attorney General Merrick Garland released the first volume, which focuses on the election case against Trump, of Smith’s report on Tuesday at midnight after back-and-forth in the federal court system. The report was released at midnight because that was when the original hold on Volume One expired. An opening letter from Smith, who resigned last week, to Garland said that it is "laughable" that Trump believes the Biden administration, or other political actors, influenced or directed his decisions as a prosecutor, stating that he was guided by the Principles of Federal Prosecution. Reid is a GOP Commentator & Former GOP Senate Primary Candidate in WY

Ralph is a handsome, 5 year old shepherd mix. We think he may have some malamute in him due to his size. Ralph does great with dogs of all sizes and has even tested great with cats. He is fully potty trained and non destructive. He prefers to sleep outside at night but will sleep inside if you want him to. He is crate trained but has not needed it at his foster home.
He goes for off leash pack walks with his foster family. He is great off leash and has good recall. He is very food motivated and we recommend not leaving appetizing things on the counter while you are gone.
Ralph would do best in a home with older children. He can also become protective of his home like a typical shepherd. He will need a home with few strangers coming or going. Or a shepherd savvy owner who can help him through his stranger danger. Outside of his home, he’s friendly with everyone he meets.
Ralph has been looking for his right home for several months now. We know there is a perfect family out there for him!
He is neutered, chipped and current on vaccines.
