Freddy Boom Boom Cannon

Freddy “Boom Boom” Cannon is a hit singer and guitarist from late 50s and 60s who placed 22 songs on the Billboard Hot 100.  His biggest hits were"Tallahassee Lassie", "Way Down Yonder in New Orleans",“Action”, and "Palisades Park", the latter of which was written by“Gong Show” host Chuck Barris.  It was the only hit song Chuck ever wrote.  Freddy has worked with artists ranging from Leon Russell to GlenCampbell to David Gates of Bread, and he holds the record for the artist withthe most appearances on Dick Clark’s “American Bandstand”  at 110. He also appeared in the 1965 science fiction film “Village of the Giants”with Ron Howard and Beau Bridges.  Freddy got his nickname “Boom Boom”from the big bass drum sound on his records.  He now returns with a brand new song that he wrote called “Everybody’s Rockin’ Tonight’, available now on all major digital platforms.

I would like to introduce the handsome Gryffin.  This loveable boy is about 7 months old and is a German Shepherd mix.  Gryffin does well with other dogs of all sizes after he feels confident around them. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night, shows no food or treat aggression and has good house manners.  Gryffin can be a bit unsure in new situations, but is building confidence daily.  He is working on potty training and basic obedience.  Gryffin will build a wonderful bond with his new family, especially with continued training and socialization.   He truly just wants to please.  Come meet Gryffin, you won't be sorry!!

US, CHINA ANNOUNCE REDUCED TARIFFS FOR 90 DAYS AFTER TRADE TALKS
Both the US and China agreed to take action on reducing tariffs by Wednesday.  The U.S. and China announced on Monday that tariffs against one another will be reduced for a 90-day period after officials held trade negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland.  The tariffs President Donald Trump announced against China on April 2 are being cut by 24 percentage points for this temporary period while retaining the remaining ad valorem rate of 10% from that announcement, according to a joint statement.  China agreed to the same stipulations, adding that it will "adopt all necessary administrative measures to suspend or remove the non-tariff countermeasures taken against the United States since April 2," the announcement stated.
