I-5 Traffic update Jan 15

The morning of Jan 15th I-5 traffic was at a stop and go from Yoncalla to Eugene. We had 3 callers that called in during The Wake Up Call with updates. We were last told at 9AM that the freeway is now fully open, but traffic is moving very slow.
