A new survey shows one in three Gen-Z kids feel like they have to be "perfect" as more concerns arise about social media's effect on mental health. The survey looked at 1,600 youth from ages 10 to 18, and according to the results, girls were about 14 points more likely to feel the need for perfection than boys. Teenagers ages 13 to 18 felt this more than younger children. Emotions can fluctuate more for younger people, according to the survey.
