Edward Bartlee - SAVE Title IX

Thursday federal Judge Terry Doughty handed down a temporary injunction against the new Title IX regulation. The sweeping federal regulation, issued on April 19, makes numerous changes to the original Title IX law, including expanding the definition of sex to include “gender identity."
